FreeCast made ivy

The track management of FreeCast was on a home-made system based on antlion, commons-vfs and .. several patches. It was a nice piece of code .. using directly libraries distributions (tar.gz or zip) and extracting files into a clean hierarchy. But it required a larg download, about 10 minutes of CPU for the first install and the resulting track directory was very very larg. We decided to optimize this.

We found ivy (made by a french company, Jayasoft). The product (under BSD license) looks great (despite small limitations) but allows to make a fine track management with ant (must better than maven does :-p).

As a lot of FreeCast dependencies were missing in the available repositories .. we created a kolaka ivy repository. The first FreeCast build is now fast as never.
